“Creating a community to help each other, is the best way to help ourselves.”
Note from
the founders
Dr. You is born out of our desire to show the world that no one knows you better than yourself.
Our journeys have taught us that balance isn’t a fixed destination — it’s a daily dance. And often, it’s in the messiest, most disconnected moments that we grow the most.
As we dug deeper into ourselves, we started shedding old beliefs and habits that once protected us but no longer fit. What we found underneath was something more true, more alive. We realized the journey doesn’t have to be so lonely when you walk it with others — and that simply being alive offers us the possibility of finding joy in self-discovery.
We couldn’t understand why taking care of ourselves had to feel so clinical, complicated, or cold. What if it could be beautiful? Insightful? Even fun?
Dr. You was born from these questions and from the commitment to create spaces that center you and help you reconnect with what makes you feel alive. A meeting point for curious people. Through our events, products, and stores, we offer tools, rituals, and community to support your everyday transformation — in a way that feels natural, intentional, and deeply your own.
Our
Philosophy

24 hours a day, 7 days a week, you are moving, eating, working, resting or playing.
It’s in the delicate equilibrium of these activities that we find the essence of a balanced life, and consequently, the essence of true health.
Our Business Model
We create opportunities and communities that inspire transformation, foster growth, and support your ongoing journey toward greater health and balance.

Community
Our client matrix is based on two key pillars: how self-aware a person is and what their daily routine consists of. Based on this, they fall into one of four groups:
Masters: Individuals with a deep understanding of themselves who have successfully established and maintain a consistent health routine.
Voyagers: Highly self-aware but struggling to create or sustain a health routine due to a lack of time or stability.
Seekers: Exploring ways to connect more deeply with themselves but have not yet developed a consistent routine.
Off-Track: Curious about self-improvement but haven’t yet worked on themselves or developed a health routine.
