This policy explains how Dr.You handles shipping, return eligibility, and refund requests for orders placed through dryou.eu.

1. Shipping

Orders are processed within the stated timeframes at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location, courier availability, and customs procedures. Tracking information is provided when available.

2. Return Eligibility

Standard return period

Most products purchased from Dr.You may be eligible for a return request within 30 days of delivery.

Extended return period

Products from the Dr.You brand line may be eligible for a return request within 90 days of delivery.

Item condition

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging

Opened or used products may only be returned if defective.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Unless faulty, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used items

  • Hygiene-sensitive or perishable products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards or digital goods

  • Products purchased from third-party resellers

4. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  1. Log into your account on dryou.eu.

  2. Go to your order history.

  3. Select the relevant item.

  4. Submit a return request with a reason and any required photos to hello@dryou.eu.

We will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we cover the return shipping cost.

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

  • For international returns, prepaid labels may not be available and customs charges may apply.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and approved. Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Store credit may be offered when appropriate.

Requests inconsistent with this policy may be declined.

7. Exchanges

Where possible, we may offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not possible, and the return procedure applies.
