Join us for a guided practice to welcome the transition into Pitta season, inspired by Ayurveda principles and the shift into summer.
Pitta season, which lasts from early June to the end of September, is associated with intensity and fire. During this time, many people can feel overstimulated, reactive or overwhelmed, making it even more important to slow down and stay balanced.
We’ll begin by reflecting on how you’ve been feeling as the season's energy begins to change. From there, you’ll be guided through a calming meditation designed to soothe the nervous system, release excess heat and reconnect you to a greater sense of balance and grounding.
