Sound Based Meditation
We’ll practice a sound based meditation using the harmonium and gentle chanting as the main point of focus, allowing sound and vibration to guide attention and support mental focus.
Through sustained listening, the practice invites the mind to settle, reducing mental noise and creating a steadier sense of presence without the need to control or analyze the experience. The vibration of the chanting can help settle the nervous system and connect to the depth of their meaning.
We’ll close with a short moment of stillness to integrate the effects of the practice and carry a more settled attention into the rest of the evening.
