Founded by Juan Jose and Andrea in Madrid, Dr. You was created from a simple idea: no one knows you better than yourself. Believing that true health comes from finding balance in the way we move, eat, work, rest, and play, they set out to make taking care of yourself feel less clinical, complicated, or cold.

Through carefully curated products, events, and community, Dr. You offers tools and rituals that help you reconnect with yourself, explore what makes you feel good, and find your own path to greater health and balance.
